Whether directly or indirectly there are few organisations in the UK who have not been affected by the current economic climate and Technophobia is no exception. Whilst our business relationships continue to be strong, we are seeing a change in the needs of our Clients and this is impacting upon the way we respond.
As a result we are restructuring several departments to help provide a better service. Client Services will be working closer with our Sales department to ensure we provide a seamless transition for new accounts. Operations department is becoming more flexible and multi-tasking with a greater emphasis on finance and business management. And in the Studio we are readdressing the ratios of our development teams so there will be more senior developers working on our Clients’ projects.
Although we have tried to redeploy staff internally, the restructure has resulted in some job cuts. This is regrettable as we value all our staff, but we believe these changes are necessary and will create long- term stability and resilience for the company.
