I want to share with you some great news about one of our clients. It could be relevant to your business.
The Co-Operative Bank has come top in a benchmark of UK online banking by Forrester, the prestigious research firm. Their report and blog particularly praise the Bank’s support for customers as they research and apply for a current account online.
This is great news for the team at The Co-Operative Bank, but it is also a welcome validation of Technophobia’s work. We built the application forms for dozens of the Bank’s products from accounts to ISAs, and they are crucial to their customer interaction. The web application is enterprise class, being massively secure, robust and scalable, but most importantly, the customer experience has been very carefully honed to maximise conversions. Every step in the process is designed to fit users’ needs and maximise business results.
Our work with the Co-Operative Bank reflects similar web application development and customer experience design projects with organisations such as Alfa Romeo, Buying Solutions, Pizza Express and the Technology Strategy Board.
Our passion is delivering superb online customer experience: we want to maximise our Clients’ ability to sell to and engage with their users. There are many things we can do to help you drive sales, reduce cost to serve and enhance service. Whether it’s online forms, e-commerce systems, social network design or just functional and beautiful websites, we deliver results.
Thanks once again to the Co-Operative Bank for giving us the opportunity to work with them.

Paul, i am a MBA student at Manchester Business School and my professor for ICT and Internet Strategy has given us SMILE bank as a case study to report on an issue of our choice. I have chosen security and am interested in the Forrester report but not in a position to pay US$499!
Is there anything you may be able to share with me generally in relation to their ICT and IS plan in this regard?

Hi Marc,
Any knowledge we acquire through or work with our clients is covered by a confidentiality agreement so I can’t comment on your question however they are an extremely amicable organisation so why don’t you ask them and see what they say?
Good luck with your MBA

I like seeing banks and other businesses rated by customer satisfaction. It would be pretty cool if they were legally obligated to display the info on their website at all times.
