We employ an independent team of dedicated and skilled QA specialists. Our committed team ensures work flow and coding meet with best practice and established processes. The independence of the QA team means the skills and approach necessary to efficiently and effectively quality assure Technophobia’s projects are always maintained.

All projects undergo strict quality control and testing to ensure they meet not only with our clients' requirements but also Technophobia’s high standards of robust coding and browser compatibility. Extensive use of automated test scripts combined with continuous integration of code helps us to ‘build quality in, instead of testing defects out of our products’.

Post launch, we endeavour to monitor live systems and should an issue arise, we investigate to see if testing could have identified the incident. If so test processes are improved to ensure such anomalies do not occur in the future.

We regularly review the latest test practices and tools to keep abreast of the rapidly changing QA environment.

By undertaking a constant review our own and industry practices we strive to continuously improve the quality of the product we deliver to our clients.
