We need a Sales Director!

  • A proven track of self starting and closing high value deals
  • Demonstrable record of developing and selling complex, end-to-end digital projects
  • Successfully lead teams of digital specialists in negotiating complex deals that span multiple mediums and technologies
  • Consistently delivered to, and exceeded team and personal targets
  • A sharp commercial mind, able to balance client ROI & business cases while mitigating agency risk
  • Commercial experience across public sector and brand
  • Proven track record in developing, communicating and executing successful sales strategies
  • Delivered and won pitches with a variety of prospects and clients
  • Excellent written skills and are able to co-ordinate and produce deal winning proposals
  • The ability to communicate ideas with ease
  • A proven track record of negotiating and dealing at board level
  • Experience in accurate pipeline & forecast management
