Coventry University sees its website as a "mission critical marketing tool" and approached TechnoPhobia to refocus its purpose to help recruit students and businesses. TechnoPhobia helped improve usability by re-structuring content and improving the design to comply with internet accessibility guidelines.

The site utilises multimedia features such as video footage and 360 degree virtual tours to give a true flavour for campus life and promote a city that is moving forward.
