Fredpay.com is a unique online service that was developed for leading debt collection agency, Fredrickson International, to enable the company's customers to repay their debts online. Having many major Financial Institutions and Corporations as key clients, security was of paramount importance to this project. We provided creative design to establish the distinct look and feel of the website and technical consultancy and software services to build a highly-secure online account system. Fredrickson International are one of the first companies to offer this service within their industry and are using technology to give real benefits to their customers.
Fredrickson International's customers can register with the website to access their account information in real time and make secure payments. An email and SMS service allows customers to setup payment reminders via the website in order to help better manage their finances. The website integrates with legacy systems and processes to provide a coherent brand experience between the call centre and the web.
